Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year previous restaurant experience at a supervisor level in a high volume or comparable restaurant is an asset.
- Flexible schedule availability including opening, mid, and closing shifts in accordance with business needs.
- First aid and food safety certifications are both an asset.
- Intermediate computing skills working with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel and Word) and restaurant software is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate in English (both written and verbal) across all levels i.e. staff, managers and business partners.

Responsibilities:
- Working alongside other managers and other Team Members to provide the highest quality standards for food and a guest experience that is outstanding and memorable.
- Building and maintaining a productive partnership with the FOH leadership team to enable operational excellence.
- Supporting the Management team in maintaining and facilitating all aspects of restaurant operations in accordance with our Team Member Handbook, Policies and Procedures to ensure alignment to consistent company practice.
- Managing daily cash outs, producing reports, and communicating variances. Holding staff accountable for discrepancies.
- Live and teach SIR Values and Promises.
- Use strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete our jobs.
