The job is a Front of House Manager position. Previous Management experience is a requirement. Experience within the Cara/Recipe Brands would be very beneficial, but is not a requirement.
Availability: Shifts will vary between open, mid and closing shifts. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays (closed on Christmas Day).
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing a staff of approximately 50 team members with focus on Guest Experience
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Adhering to all brand and store standards
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Checking in on dining guests to inquire about food quality and service
- Resolving in the moment guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Taking Ownership of the front house- servers and hosts
- Dining Room cleanliness

Qualifications
- POS experience
- Supervising experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong team management skills
- Previous experience in food service industry
- Proficient in customer service and food handling
- Familiarity with restaurant and kitchen operations
- Ability to conduct interviews and manage a team effectively
