We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Front of House Supervisor, or an experienced waiter/ess ready to step up in their next role. We are set on the edge of the stunning Cotswold in the beautiful Village of Barford St Michael. We proudly operate a family-feel, independent pub with a farm to table restaurant and 9 beautiful rooms.
This role sits in partnership with our General Manager and Assistant Manager, supporting with running the day-to-day function of the Restaurant, Bar and Accommodation. We offer full on-the-job training, but ideally, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2+ years’ experience in a front of house, food-led environment. Due to the nature of the business, primarily the role will be evening and weekend work as we are able to offer 15-30 hours per week.
