The Greyhound on the Test is looking to recruit an energetic and conscientious Front of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate should be professional, friendly, meticulous, organised and approachable.
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail as well as a very strong ability to lead others. Being self-motivated and well organised is essential. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants, be hard working with a friendly, outgoing personality and have a sound knowledge of food and wines.
Duties to include the day to day operations of front of house, including bar, waitressing and bookings. Running and assisting events including weddings, parties and meetings. Excellent team leadership skills required to supervise and liaise with small team of staff.
Candidates must reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
