Are you a skilled Front of House Supervisor? We’re looking for a Supervisor to lead our hospitality operations at our café at Rockingham Tafe. If you’re passionate about great food, great coffee and team leadership – we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the daily front of House operations. This includes:

  • Leading a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support the Chef with menu planning, ordering, receiving stock and stock rotation.

Pay: $35.15 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Experience:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a front of house supervisor role or similar
  • Must be a accomplished barista
  • Knowledge of the kitchen preferred but not essential
  • A methodical, organised approach to work
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethi
