The Milbank Arms is a recently renovated Grade II listed pub in the village of Barningham on the North Yorkshire/County Durham boarder, located on the edge of Barningham moor and surrounded by fantastic local produce.
Recently re-opened under new management, the pub is an exciting destination for high quality local, sustainably sourced meat and game, popular with both locals and a destination for visitors.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate front of house supervisor to work closely alongside the and owners and help lead an enthusiastic team, passionate about delivering a fantastic guest experience.
The right applicant will:
· Have a friendly and open personality and great people skills
· Have an eye for detail and able to maintain high standards in busy periods
· Be an excellent communicator with both customers and the rest of the team
· Have a sense of pride and take ownership in the product and experience they are delivering
· Have an interest in good quality food and drinks
Attitude and ambition is more important than years of experience – there is opportunity to progress in both position and compensation as we grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
