Front of House Supervisor hourly pay up to £15 including Service/Tronc.

• We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic front of house staff to join our growing team at The Old Cross Keys - a beautiful pub with 10 boutique hotel rooms in the centre of Saffron Walden.
• We serve great pub classics with a twist and are well known for our all fresh food menu and excellent wines and beers.
• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with great personality and a passion for food and drink to be a part of our team.

A keen eye for attention to detail, service and standards delivering the most amazing customer experience any time of any day is vital. Being prepared to put time and effort into cleaning, re setting, deep cleaning between services and completing all the behind the scenes tasks of a restaurant without hesitation are an absolutely necessity in a standards and service driven environment.

• The Cross Keys is one of 8 restaurants and hotels in the South and South East run by the Innventure group and becoming part of the team means there are often opportunities for the right people to progress within the company

Full training for the role will be given, but the ideal candidate will have/be responsible for :

• Previous supervisory experience & be a good team leader & communicator
• A flexible attitude and a warm welcoming personality
• A passion for customer service and hospitality
• Be committed to the highest standards of restaurant & food service
• Experience of daily & weekly reconciliation of sales/end of week/payroll
