Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering supervision, team leadership, and customer service. As the Front of House Supervisors, you will oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests.
Duties:
- Supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Ensure smooth operations during service hours, maintaining high standards of customer service
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and place orders as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the dining area
- Work alone or in a team to produce the highest level of service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front of House Supervision or similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
