JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a solid background in food preparation and service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Previous experience in kitchen environments or barista roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
