JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage the front of house team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
  • Previous experience in barista duties is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and guest experiences
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
