Consistently high levels of professional, friendly customer service is an integral part of the role and bar experience would be preferred, but not essential. We are looking for someone with initiative who can keep calm under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive attitude to help motivate those around you. Communication skills are essential, as is your ability to take on new information and stay on top of our ever changing menu will be vital.
You will work closely with our Restaurant Manager helping to support our small team of waiting staff. You will be a problem solver and comfortable working in a close-knit team of like-minded individuals. Someone who is aspirational to achieve the very best.
ABOUT US:
At Wild by Nature we farm, produce and cook farmhouse food in the Black Mountains. Using regenerative farming methods, we work with nature to produce food that is good for you and the earth. On the farm we host weddings and events set amongst seventy two acres of meadows, orchards and woodland-lined streams.
Just down the road in Craswall we also have The Bull’s Head, a traditional drovers inn – a place to eat, drink and sleep. Set at the foot of the Black Hill, on the border of England and Wales, we serve seasonal food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. In 2022 we were added to the Michelin Guide.
