EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is essential.
  • Strong background in preparing coffee is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability in team management with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
