EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is essential.
• Strong background in preparing coffee is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in team management with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production is required.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily front of house operations, ensuring all guests receive exemplary service.
• Train, mentor, and manage front of house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Managing staffing levels by organising rotas and holiday procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and timely service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory levels for front of house supplies and be responsible in ordering when necessary.
