We’re looking for friendly, energetic Support Staff who enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment and want to help create smooth, memorable dining experiences. This role is a mix of hosting and bussing duties, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep everything running perfectly.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous experience in hosting, bussing, or support roles is a plus but not required
• Friendly, organized, and calm, even when busy
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and a helpful attitude
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it.

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and friendliness
• Help seat guests and manage the flow of the dining room
• Clear, reset, and polish tables quickly and efficiently
• Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to tables as needed
• Refill water and support guest needs throughout service
• Assist with coat check, phone inquiries, and reservations support when needed
• Keep the host stand, dining room, and service areas clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
