Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As part of the Front of House team your role will involve;

  • Delivering an exceptional workplace experience – cleanliness and standards -

Ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming work place for employees and visitors, this includes daily cleaning tasks around the building and ensuring a clean and tidy building.

  • Customer-facing operations – Being the first point of contact for employees and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Facilities and maintenance support – Assisting with building upkeep and managing of any maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and carrying out property inspections. .
  • Using technology effectively – Utilizing basic software such as email, Zoom, Excel, and Word.
  • Transporting employees – On occasion - transporting employee on a short shuttle run start or end of day.
  • Stock control and rotation – Ensuring all workplace supplies are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Supporting workplace events – Assisting in the organisation and execution of events such as employee parties, theme days, and recruitment events.
  • Workplace safety and compliance – Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, onboarding new starters, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH compliance.
