We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Team Leader to assist our leadership team in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence. In this role, you will support daily front-of-house operations by helping lead shifts when needed, coaching team members, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. You will work closely with Shift Leaders and Directors, providing hands-on support, setting a positive example, and reinforcing Chick-fil-A’s core values and culture throughout each shift.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and 2nd Mile Service with consistency.
• Smile, maintain a friendly demeanor, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to connect with guests.
• Assist with training new hires to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
