To provide day to day supervision, leadership and support to administrative staff members To support the supervisor in proactively managing staff rotas, annual leave and flexi time to ensure adequate cover for effective service delivery, escalating any issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate senior colleagues. Liaise with the other team leaders to ensure all areas are covered during busy periods and staff breaks. Review services provisions for the following day and escalate any potential issues to the supervisor. To support supervisor for ensure administrative staff members have completed and remain compliant with all essential training required of you by the Hospital and accurate training records are maintained.
To support the supervisor in monitoring staff performance and compliance against standard operating procedures and agreed ways of working, addressing any issue of non-compliance with individuals Support staff in trouble shooting issues and complaints Be accountable for own standards of work in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, and take every opportunity to sustain and improve knowledge and skills. Take personal responsibility for promoting a safe environment and safe patient care by identifying areas of risk and following the Incident reporting policy and procedure
