We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Front of House Team Leader to help drive excellent guest experiences across our vibrant food & beverage operations. Working closely with our F&B Manager and Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in delivering smooth, energetic service — not just during day-to-day dining, but across our calendar of exciting events and live music evenings.

• Oversee and lead food service during shifts, ensuring excellent service standards
• Support the F&B Manager and Supervisor with daily operations and team coordination
• Assist with stock orders, deliveries, and supply management
• Help plan, prepare, and deliver a wide range of events and entertainment evenings
• Contribute to the restaurant’s social media presence, helping to promote our brand and events online
• Provide ongoing training and support to front of house team members
• Maintain a fun, welcoming and professional atmosphere for both staff and guests
