SKILLS

  • Background in culinary arts or food production, with a solid understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, serving, and barista duties is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in hotel environments is advantageous but not essential.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant or café environment, including managing reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
