Job Description: Front of House Team Leader or Trainee Team Leader
Location: The Garden Café within Norton Garden Centre.
Working Pattern: Various shift patterns available. No evenings but to include working alternate weekends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Experience in a similar role.
• A Driven leader
• Good Communicator.
• Good Team Player, driven by the desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
• Flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business
• Health and Safety Conscious.
• Food safety level 2 will be required, but training is provided.

• Serving customers with the highest standard of Hot Beverages
• Cashing up Tills
• Taking customer orders
• Clearing tables
• Delivering food and beverages to the tables
• Replenishing stock
