Description Position Summary As a Front of House Team Member at All Well, you will deliver a thoughtful and consistent guest experience across both dining room and bar service. This role requires a strong understanding of the menu, cocktail program, and service style, along with the ability to execute service with accuracy, attention to detail, and care. The Server / Bartender is a collaborative team member who contributes to a smooth service flow and upholds the standards of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability that define the guest experience. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu and overall dining experience Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely and clear communication with the kitchen Inquire about and properly communicate all food allergies in accordance with restaurant policies Display in-depth knowledge of all cocktail recipes and menu ingredients; bartenders must prepare drinks that consistently meet recipe and service standards Deliver food and drinks with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to service standards Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment Process guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Complete opening, closing, and ongoing side work, including polishing, restocking, and maintaining service stations Requirements About You: Minimum of 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience required Must hold (or be able to obtain and maintain) a Food Handler and BASSET certification Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach to service Ability to work well with peers and managers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Comfortable learning and operating POS systems Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and use hands and arms throughout the workday Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds, including carrying trays of food and beverages Position Details & Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Hourly Compensation: $17.05 per hour + tips Paid leave and paid sick leave in accordance with Chicago requirements.
