JOB DESCRIPTION

Wildflour is hiring a Front-of-House Team Member/Assistant Manager to join our small bakery and restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, reliable, and excited about working in a customer-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for a variety of duties including managing the bakery display, ringing up guests, preparing coffee drinks, running food, and helping open the restaurant a few days a week.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term role with increasing responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to take initiative and stay productive during downtime
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles
• Prior barista experience and ability to make espresso and coffee drinks is required
• Interest in growing with the business long-term

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage and maintain the bakery display case
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Make espresso drinks and other beverages
• Run food and beverages to tables
• Keep the front-of-house area clean and organized
• Assist with opening duties including prep and setup
• Work closely with the kitchen and back-of-house team
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude throughout the shift
