We brush the grill with mustard, smash the beef to seal in the caramelisation, season with salt & pepper, throw the American cheese on top which melts instantly, stack it all in a toasted bun with Burger Boi Sauce, crunchy pickles and shredded lettuce.
Our beef isn’t the only star. Our free range birds are key to our next level fried chicken. We soak them in buttermilk, double dredge in BurgerBoi seasoned flour mix and fry to perfection.
Besides smashed burgers and fried chicken we’re boxing up boatloads of deep-fried comfort with our ‘Insta famous’ Bad Boi Hot Mess, hot honey wings, crispy tenders, dirty fries, mac and cheeses
And what’s a burger and fried chicken joint without a handspun milkshake!
Our signature Bad Boi shakes are decadently topped and hand-spun from British dairy ice cream.

We are looking for experienced individuals who can work under pressure, have excellent communications skills, and perform the following key tasks:

• Process payments
• Excellent customer service
• Packing customers orders
• Good communication with other staff members
• Consistently adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards, and maintain a clean work environment
• Produce milkshakes to specification.
• Take full responsibility for opening and closing the shop/restaurant
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
