Description Someburros is looking for energetic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team, starting at $16.50/hr + pooled tips (approximately $2-$3/ hr). This role combines customer service, food running, bussing, and drive thru responsibilities to help create an outstanding guest experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do • Deliver excellent front of house customer service with a positive attitude • Take orders at the counter and assist guests in the drive thru • Run food quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards • Keep dining areas clean by bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking • Communicate with kitchen team members to ensure fast, accurate service • Support team operations in a high-energy fast food / fast-casual environment • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant What We’re Looking For • Friendly and dependable team player • Strong communication and guest service skills • Ability to move quickly and stay organized during busy rushes • Willingness to learn. Requirements Availability & Scheduling • Must be of legal working age in Arizona • Weekend availability is required • Shifts typically range from 4–8 hours, with flexibility depending on business needs • Full-time availability preferred, but part-time team members are welcome Customer Service & Team Skills • Friendly personality that fits a customer-facing front of house role • Comfortable working drive thru, food running, bussing, and guest service • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset • Reliable transportation to and from work • Cash handling and headset/drive thru communication expected • POS system experience is helpful but not required Physical & Work Environment • Ability to stand and stay active throughout your shift • Ability to lift 25–50 lbs when needed • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced fast food environment Food Safety & Appearance Standards • Valid Food Handler Card required before starting • Someburros uniform required: • Branded shirt (and jacket when needed) • Dark blue jeans only • Black non-slip shoes • Hair restraint required if applicable • Nails must not exceed ½ inch in length • Keys or lanyards may not hang from pockets • No excessive jewelry Growth & Culture • Paid training provided • Tip pooling environment • Growth mindset encouraged. Responsibilities
