Waiter/ waitress wanted to join a busy hotel, bar & restaurant in the heart of Scotland. We are looking to expand our front of house team at The Old Mill Inn, an award-winning Inn located in the scenic town of Pitlochry. This role is fast paced and high-energy, you must be able to perform at the top of your game for your full 12 hour shift each day.
Full-time, seasonal positions until the end of October. Permanent positions may be available for the right candidates.

Daily tasks will include:

• Warmly greeting and seating guests upon their arrival
• Arranging dinner reservations for guests and any special requests
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Providing a professional and warm guest service across all points; phone, email and in person
• Assisting on the bar as required
• Assisting on the restaurant floor as required
• Assisting with breakfast service and morning set up
• Above all, providing 5-star customer service level which exceeds guest expectations
• Minimum of 45-hour week including shift, evening & weekend work

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must have impeccable written and spoken English
• Previous restaurant experience
• Strong serving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• Excellent time management abilities
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• A background in hospitality is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services
• You must be eligible to work in the UK
