Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
  • Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
