OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for guest services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience through upselling.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
