Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. You will be the face of Motto Motto, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and enjoys a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Handle payments and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification preferred
