  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team setting.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, but not essential as on site training will be available.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. As a Front of House Team Member, you will engage with customers, take orders, make fresh coffees and cold drinks as well as delivering our delicious dishes to the table, while supporting operations of our restaurant.
Your role will also include working on our superb weddings, providing our couple with the very best experience for one of the most important days of their life.
As an integral part of our team, you will develop and grow to always deliver a great service and be a fundamental part of the guest journey from their arrival.

RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent customer service.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs promptly.
  • Provide support to guests by answering questions about the menu and offering recommendations based on their preferences including upselling any specials.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
