Join the team at The Lula Inn—our South Pacific-inspired oasis on the Viaduct Harbour. If you love great vibes, great people, and a workplace that feels like a mini tropical escape, we want you on our crew. The Lula Inn is on the hunt for some Front of House superstars who have a knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

The primary duties involve serving as the key contact for customers, creating memorable experiences through top-notch service, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. This also includes clearing up after service and potentially training to work shifts at the bar.
