Our bodega façade might feel weary, but step inside to find a diner that exudes the high-energy hustle ‘n bustle of Cuba Street. Here at Loosies Superette, we sling hearty diner feeds & specialist taptails with wicked service from lunch until late, when we venture downstairs into the Saloon… Loosies Superette is on the hunt for some Front of House superstars who have a knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

The primary role involves being the key customer contact, creating memorable experiences through top-notch service, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. Responsibilities also include clearing up afterward and potentially training to work shifts at the bar.
