Description

DB Brewery in Otahuhu is looking for a Front of House superstar to help relaunch our onsite bar. We’re on the hunt for someone who has a knack for making friends, brings great energy to every shift, and can confidently run the show in a sole-charge position. As the key contact for our guests, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable experience through top-notch service. You’ll be working Wednesday to Friday, 2pm–6pm, serving drinks, engaging with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly. From taking orders and serving beverages to maintaining a clean and organised space, you’ll be across all aspects of service. Given this is a sole-charge role, you’ll need to hold a Duty Manager’s licence or be willing to obtain one (with our support). You’ll be trusted to manage the bar independently, ensure compliance, and deliver a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests - something that’s a key responsibility in these roles. There may also be the opportunity for additional hours. No two days are the same, so you’ll thrive on variety, be confident working independently, and know how to stay calm under pressure while keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming.
