The Borough is Tawa’s community focused restaurant and bar. With regular quiz nights, live music, and specials every day, there is always something happening at Tawa’s top place to be! With a fantastic garden area and kids zone, The Borough has spaces that cater to everyone. The Borough is on the hunt for some Front of House superstars who have a knack for making friends and being energetic every day. As the key contact with our customers, you’ll be tasked with creating memorable experiences through your top-notch service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing up afterward and maybe after some training a shift or two working the bar. No two customers (or days) are the same, so you thrive on variety and you’re a great people person who knows how to multi-task and work under pressure. In return, we’re committed to investing in you whether you need this gig for a good time or a long time. Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

The primary duties involve being the key contact for customers, creating memorable experiences through top-notch service, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. Responsibilities also include clearing up afterward and potentially training to work shifts at the bar.
