JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member/ Barista to join our vibrant team here at The Angel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of guest interaction, from taking orders to assisting with food preparation, all while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• A passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

  Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 21 – 32 per week

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Produce Quality drinks for customers using the coffee machine.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with our culinary standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
• Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
