Server Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and relay customer orders accurately.
• Knowledgeably describe menu items and assist with recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Attend to customer inquiries and needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer service or server role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer needs.
