We're looking for smiling faces to join our Front of the House Team in a fun and fast paced environment. Pay rate starting at $12.00 or based on experience Direct Deposit Company uniform (shirt or t-shirt) provided Discounted meal As a FOH Team Member the responsibilities will include: Obtain complete knowledge of the menu Demonstrate excellent communication skills Demonstrate 100 % commitment to guest satisfaction Properly train on all tasks before performing them Observe sanitation and health guidelines including strictly following proper hand-washing techniques Stock and maintain dessert case daily and as needed Make tea and maintain proper inventory of tea throughout the day Restock product on shelves and in coolers Maintain cleanliness of tables and the FOH throughout the day Observe sanitation and health guidelines Greet and welcome customers on the phone or in person Take customer orders or create future catering orders Pack orders for pickup or delivery Deliver food to the guests and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy their visit Facility routine cleaning and maintenance that includes counters, display cases, tables, chairs, walls, windows, windowsills, blinds, bathrooms, floors, parking lot and outside areas Remove trash daily or as needed and place in proper receptacle Clean trash cans routinely Maintain trash area outside including cleaning trash receptacles routinely Assist the Manager as needed

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring total guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Duties include maintaining facility cleanliness, stocking products, and following strict health and sanitation guidelines.
