We are seeking an experienced, fun, someone whose into their local food scene and enthusiastic team member to join us at our busy Swanage cafe / restaurant / farm shop / butchery.

We are a growing family-led company who have urban farm shops / cafes / butchery’s alongside a busy outside catering section in the beautiful Purbecks and at Chesil Beach. We are proud of each of our unique locations and the close relationships we have with our local suppliers. We are provenance and localism at its best - complete tracibility from local farms and fisherman delivered onto plates.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, managing customer orders, making amazing coffees, serving food and maintaining high standards of food safety. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential, including barista trained.
• A genuine interest in local food.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety practices are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members alike.
