Full-Time, 35 hours a week contract, with option to work up to 44 hours.
Front of House position for novice or experienced (preferred) front of house/server, in a busy (10 bedroom) country house hotel. Serving good quality food and drinks, welcoming guests and managing the check-in and check-out processes, and learning to take and make hotel bookings and manage all key front of house processes over time, and with training.

Ideal position for developing hospitality and Front of House skills and systems knowledge and broadening food, wine and cocktail knowledge, plus in-house training available.
6 weeks holiday per year. Excellent tip benefits. Option for Private Health Care. This position provides for 2 consecutive days off per week. Evening Work Essential.
Own transport necessary.
Personal alcohol license a bonus but not essential - we will support achieving this.
