What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our owners, managers and experienced team members, you'll:

• Deliver exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave
• Create memorable guest experiences that reflect our core values
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
• Manage reservations, functions and guest enquiries
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety
• Complete opening and closing procedures, stock control, ordering, cash handling and reporting
• Assist in the ongoing improvement of our systems, service and team culture
• Continue learning about Mexican cuisine, tequila and our products (full training provided)

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred for leadership roles)
• Is honest, humble, respectful and reliable
• Brings a positive attitude and lives our "Leave Your Worries at the Door" philosophy
• Takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guests, teammates and the venue
• Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Enjoys coaching and supporting others
• Has excellent attention to detail while remaining practical and efficient
• Is available to work nights, weekends and some public holidays
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our business
