JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred along with a educational background in hospitality; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
