WAITER – FRONT OF HOUSE

Location: The Pavilion, Co. Cork (just minutes from Cork City Centre)
Job Type: Full-time (daytime shifts)
The Pavilion is Cork’s leading lifestyle and garden centre, with a popular restaurant at the heart of our business. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Waiter to join our Front of House team.
This is a daytime-only role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a welcoming, high-quality food environment and delivering excellent customer service.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous catering or hospitality experience
• HACCP food hygiene certification

• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while handling payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant environment at all times
• Ensure restaurant facilities, equipment, and furnishings are kept in good order and report any issues promptly
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures, including set-up and clear-down
• Respond positively and professionally to customer feedback and comments
