FRONT OF HOUSE FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT INCLUDING BAR WORK - DOVECLIFF HALL HOTEL

A stunning Country Hotel near Burton On Trent in Staffordshire. We are looking for a couple of passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests, alongside the current team in the main Hotel restaurant and bar which also acts as the function room and bar for weddings, banquets and other social functions.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will assist in preparation and service of Food and Beverages, maintain cleanliness and order in the dinning area and the Food and Beverage team in daily operations.
To also assist in the Bar when required due to the nature of a small luxury hotel and multi skilled staff.
Job Objective -
To effectively deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers, plus the ability to generate sales and portray a visible and dynamic role at Dovecliff Hall.

We are looking for a charismatic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
