Job Details Job Location: Bagelmania Convention - Las Vegas, NV 89109 Since 1989, Bagelmania has been a Las Vegas institution, known for authentic New York–style bagels, classic Jewish deli favorites, and big personalities to match. Rebranded as Siegel’s Bagelmania in 2018, we now operate out of a modern 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center, complete with a 200-seat dining room and full bar. We’re loud, busy, fast-moving, and proudly a little chaotic — and that’s exactly how our guests like it. Your Role As our Front of House Manager, you’re the conductor of the Bagelmania orchestra — keeping the room moving, the energy high, and the guests happy. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and leadership team to run smooth, fast-paced shifts and deliver unbelievable guest experiences in a high-volume environment where lines out the door are part of the job. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in controlled chaos, leads from the floor, and knows how to keep things fun without losing control. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Charge: Coach, motivate, and lead the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly, memorable service — every shift. Front-of-House Captain: Own the dining room, the line, the flow, and the guest experience from the first “hello” to the last bite. Set the Tone: Bring high energy, positivity, and urgency while holding clear standards and expectations. Operations Guru: Handle scheduling, hiring, training, payroll, and guest recovery in a high-volume environment where speed and accuracy matter. Service Superstar: Be on the floor, watching every table, solving problems in real time, and making sure guests leave happy (and full). Cash Whisperer: Oversee cash handling and closing procedures to ensure everything balances at the end of the day. Health & Safety Pro: Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety standards. Jack of All Trades: Jump in wherever needed — from handling to-go and catering orders to supporting private events and special projects. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments where speed, accuracy, and guest volume never slow down Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and stay calm under pressure Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays You can keep things fun without losing control — high energy, high standards, no drama Must have or be able to obtain required certifications: Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Non-Gaming Sheriff’s Card, and ServSafe Manager Certification The Details This is a hands-on leadership role averaging 50+ hours per week, spent mostly on the floor, in the action, and leading from the front.
