REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must have strong communication skills. This includes being able to explain complicated tasks in a simple way both when speaking and writing.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and Excel.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with database system
  • Skilled in time-management.

Responsibilities
  • The primary role is to serve as the first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Greet and interact with the public, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional non-judgemental manner.
  • Active engagement in dialogue with the public, clients and volunteers that cultivate

relationships within the workplace.

  • Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to clients and volunteers.
  • Identifying and communicating client necessities by providing community resources.
  • Guiding clients with next steps ie. filling out government forms; providing technology use.
  • Maintain all literature, pamphlets, posters and brochures are current and presentable.
  • Manages all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Data entry, filling and maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by management.
  • Update social media posts on Facebook and Instagram
