Role Overview: We’re looking for an energetic, solutions-focused administrator who enjoys being the welcoming face of the business. This role suits someone with strong foundational admin skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude who can confidently keep the office running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams, so professionalism, positivity, and a “can-do” mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional and friendly front-of-house customer service. Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, meeting room coordination, and visitor sign-ins. Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including remote support for regional offices as required. Maintain office presentation, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and supplies. Support meetings, events, and general office operations. Assist with financial processing, office coordination, and ad-hoc admin tasks. Actively support Health & Safety responsibilities, including acting as a First Aider and Fire Warden. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and assist in maintaining a safe office environment. Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Respond to queries efficiently and solve problems proactively. Support the Office Manager with broader administrative and operational tasks. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience in administration, reception, or office coordination. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive, approachable, and confident as the front face of the office. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Comfortable using Canva for basic office communications or presentations. Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Professional presentation with a team-first attitude.
