Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, providing efficient check-in and check-out services Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records Monitor room status and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and adhere to VIP protocols Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities Comply with local regulations and organizational guidelines for guest management Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed Qualifications Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Sales-driven mindset with a talent for upselling Flexible schedule with availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Empathetic approach to guest concerns and complaints Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Additional Information Your Team and Working Environment: Join the dynamic and collaborative Front Office team at the hotel, where we focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovation and continuous improvement.
