Company Description Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet and welcome them, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and provide helpful information about the resort and its amenities. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests. We are proud to be one of the 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an association of worldwide independent hotel and restaurant owners. Job Description Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues Ensure a clean and organized front desk area Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
