As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for handling front office daily operations, including check in/check out reservations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with any needs or inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Process reservations and manage room assignments
• Ensure accuracy of guest information and payment details
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Adhere to brand standards and policies at all times
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with other front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience of two years as a Front Office Agent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
