Responsibilities

The agent serves as the initial and final point of contact for guests during morning and late shifts, handling check-in/out procedures and potentially covering the Night Audit role when necessary. Key duties include independently managing all billing in Opera PMS, ensuring correct invoicing, processing accounts receivable, and managing daily revenues from all outlets.
