Job Description This is a part-time position (16 hours per week, 2 days per week). Shifts can fall on any day of the week, therefore flexibility is required, with weekend availability highly desirable. The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure. As a Front Office Agent, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth front office operations. Your duties will include: Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options Invoicing, managing payments, and handling cash transactions and cashing up Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office (e.g. managing no-shows, responding to emails) Gaining interdepartmental insight into new areas of activity by working collaboratively within our multicultural team This role is ideal for someone who is guest-focused, organised, and confident in handling both customer service and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.
